I think he is a horrible congressman. I am sick and tired of politics as usual. Whenever I see his face he's standing behind some white person grinning from ear to ear. All of sudden he's everywhere Jean Carnahan is. I have not forgotten the presidential election, the Black Caucas was not able to get one Senator to speak on the voters behalf. Jean Carnahan could care less about our interest and the same goes for Clay. We must take a stand and get rid of these recycled politicians. Lacy Clay do not give a damn about North St Louis and it speaks for itself. He's in the same basket with Nance.
